Reiki works alongside any other treatment or therapy, including therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, and medical care.
No Belief Required
Reiki works regardless of spiritual background. All that's required is an openness to the experience and a willingness to rest.
Unique Integration Options
Combine reiki with craniosacral therapy or therapeutic massage for a truly holistic session addressing body, mind, and energy field.

What does reiki feel like?
Clients describe warmth, tingling, or a sense of gentle energy movement during the session. Many fall into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Some experience emotional releases. Most describe leaving feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.
Do I need to believe in reiki for it to work?
No. Reiki does not require any particular belief system. Many clients are initially skeptical and are surprised by the results. An open mind and a willingness to relax is all that is required.
Is reiki safe to combine with medical treatment?
Yes. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive complement to any medical or therapeutic treatment. It does not interfere with medications and is safe alongside chemotherapy, surgery recovery, and mental health treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
Many clients notice meaningful shifts after a single session. For deeper or long-standing patterns, a series of 3-6 sessions is typically recommended. Ongoing monthly sessions are popular for continued energetic maintenance.
Can I get reiki and a massage in the same session?
Yes. We offer a 90-minute Craniosacral + Reiki session and can incorporate a 30-minute reiki add-on into any massage. Ask about our combination options.
