Cancelation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as sickness or emergencies, may prevent clients from adhering to this notice period. In such cases, we kindly request clients to inform us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate their needs.
Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling made within the 24-hour notice period, except for sickness and emergencies, will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged on the day of the appointment.
